There are a few issues with the interactions for the following genetic design:

Changes that could be made so that it is better visualized are:

Change RNARegions to RNA
In interactions, change gene coding region to template
Split the production interaction into 2 interactions:
1. Template -> RNA (genetic production)
2. Binding sites (modifier) -> RNAgene (modified) Type (Control)
