hi,
I tried to run prediction on some TCGA wsi images using the weights saved in cnn_model/model_trained.tar.gz, but it seems like it isn't predicting anything. I know there's a link in README that contains segmentation results for TCGA projects. I just want to try things on my end. Attached images are prob png generated using pretrained weights vs prob image from the link in README. Any help? thanks
