You have increased the interval significantly. That will slow things. You haven't showed the renderer options which can be the culprit too. If you are having trouble understanding the options, return to default (by deleting the config) and see if that helps.

If you are able to reproduce it with a default config then it might be a bug. Untill then: reconfigure.

Make sure your worldedit plugin is updated. I was having the same problem til I updated to the latest version of https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/worldedit/files/3559523 and it worked so give that a shot.
