[BUG] Spanish and Catalan, break cheats to not working

Describe the bug
Cheats are not working, and the Spanish languaje for the GUI might be the problem

To Reproduce
When setting spanish languaje or catalan before launching a rom, cheats wont work, and might change the list of the cheats

Expected behavior
Cheats should work with any languaje

Additional context
Cheats are working if another languaje is set on daedalus, like english, before running a rom, i was having this problem some time ago, and i figure it out it was the languaje spanish and catalan who had that problem.

That's a pretty weird one. Looking at the screenshots, it seems the second one skipped a couple of cheats.
