Shizuku App and Hidden Camera Functionality?

Hello!

I have a question regarding certain government apps like the ones in Pakistan which allow for mobile devices to scan fingers for electronic identification and registration (making the whole operation of going to a government office and manually getting registered) easier but I have noticed, that they use the camera with very high resolution. I can't seem to explain it but the normal camera app doesn't show this level of quality that the camera app when registering fingers via scanning shows. The phones I have personally tested on are OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition and Samsung A54 5G. Can someone explain this behavior and whether this somehow accessible using Shizuku app? For fellow Pakistani users, the government app I speak of is the "Pak Identity" app on playstore!
