At the moment, it is possible for students to submit questions after the teacher has entered the "start solve" phase.

This causes a number of side effects:

Teacher app sees a different set of questions than the student. If students already started answering, they will only see the question they received, and the teacher will see all submissions
This messes up scoring as well, as there will be unanswered questions
