Describe the bug
Even after selecting removal of "New Outlook" in the list of apps.
A shortcut to ''New Outlook'' reappear in the taskbar after installation and going online
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
During script execution, select ''new Outlook'' apps for desinstallation.
Even for current users and all users.
Then login with a news users. after one or two loggin, an ''Outlook New'' icon appear in the taskbar.
This icons desn't seem to be the apps itself, but an action to automaticaly reinstall the app.
Expected behavior
Expected : Once ''Outlook new'' selected for uninstall, No reference to the applicaiton should reappear.
