I've moved from altdrag to altsnap and i can't achieve drag n drop, what am i missing? #585

Scroll inactive windows is still there in the General tab as before,
It is disabled in Win10/11 by default because it is the default native behavior, but you can force it by editing the ini file (
InactiveScroll=1
)I am not sure what the relation between drag and drop and scrolling is though.
