That's it, that's what i needed, it was the ini file. Altdrag was a perk app, now that i found there's a forked improved app, i'm glad with it. |

It is disabled in Win10/11 by default because it is the default native behavior, but you can force it by editing the ini file (
InactiveScroll=1)I am not sure what the relation between drag and drop and scrolling is though.
