How can I initialize Pins and Clocks of stm32/stm32f411-weact-blackpill for Ethernet (ENC28J60)

I'm trying to be able to use the ENC28J60 on the back-pill but am getting an error:

After I re-read the docs, maybe I missed something.

i'm a complete newbie to RTOS, i've been reading the documentation

but it's written for stm32f407-atk-explorer, is there any article, or can anyone tell me how to initialize Pins and Clocks so that stm32f411-weact-blackpill can work with ENC28J60, thanks a lot.

My goal is just to be able to use the RT Thread on the Back-pill, and be able to connect to the internet using the ENC28J60 piece only. help me.
