Describe the Problem

When designing fights some effects can be hard to show with the existing template tools. Two effects being lines larger than 10ft wide and arcs not directly related to a 90 degree angle.

The Solution you'd like

Different Template Tools to allow for the drawing of Arcs and Lines based on three points of reference.

For Arcs I feel like it would start with a corner similar to the Cone template and allow the user to select the other two points.
(Screenshots in the Additional Context section)

For Line Templates, it would be Start>Width>Length. For instance a 25 w x 75 l line being drawn in a single template where the current require 3 templates to be laid out

Alternatives that you've considered.

The use of multiple Cone templates can achieve part of the desired outcome but would not cover an instance where the user wants to do an arc of less than 90 degrees or outside of the 45 degree tolerance if using two templates.

The use of multiple Draw a Line templates could be used to handle the second request

Maybe this is a separate issue, but I noticed that the current templates produced for a 15' orthogonal cone, as well as a cell-centered radius of any size, don't match the ones given in either Pathfinder or D&D 5th Edition. Larger cones work fine, but 15' does not. You might say "hey, but the orthogonal 15' cone given in the sourcebook doesn't make any mathematical sense!" and... yeah, maybe, but it's still what I want. Cell-centered radius templates just seem super weird in MapTool though; they're not like anything else, and they don't give what I want for either 5' or 10' sizes. I don't know if there are other games for which the provided templates are right, but it would be nice to have some options here, rather than just drawing a shape myself.

There was discussion about this in issue #1276 , but it looks like the fix fizzled out and never went anywhere - I'd like it to be done as well!
