UI = V0.2.45
Browser = Chrome
User = bblanton

Clicking on an observation point to generate a time series chart pops up the chart in the workbench. But that chart does not have the Station name or the line descriptions at the top, on first load. But toggling between "DETAILS" and "GRAPH" makes them appear.
