Bring back multi-year profiles as a default option in the next-gen version of the code

As discussed during the last monthly meeting, I am creating this issue on the needs to bring back the multi-year feature [MOVED to #77 : on one hand and on the other hand the seasonal temperature effect modelling for the other types of appliances].

Thanks for opening this issue @ODOU. I have decided to split it in two, with the temperature effects bit becoming a separate issue (#77).

I have been in contact with @Slbalderrama, who - as anticipated by @ClaudiaLSS - is planning to start work on this feature soon. I've assigned him to this issue accordingly.
