Need to cater for files with wild card characters in their filenames

We've received files previously that use square parenthesis ([, ]) to encode data in file names. These characters are wildcard characters and it seems multiple parts of our Harvester code are unable to deal with these errors.

• Add unit tests for file names with weird characters to all harvesting code paths
