Files which use an epoch value for their date are likely problem files in the majority of cases. These files should be highlighted to the user, however, because they may be valid, they should not be blocked from being processed. A validation should be added for this scenario.

We'll probably add epoch detection to EMU and then that validation will bubble into the harvesting code
