Linux Release missing #12

The documentation for healthy pi says there are three desktop clients: Windows, Linux and Mac
see: https://healthypi.protocentral.com/functionality/011-USB_Streaming_Mode/

And the README.md of this project describes the following features:

Desktop platforms: Windows, MacOS, and Linux

But there is no release fpr Linux, this link has no target:
https://github.com/Protocentral/protocentral_openview2/releases/latest/download/OpenView2-linux.zip

Could you please generate the Linux version again as it existed in 2.0.4?
