SPO2 sensor displays wrong values #43

I installed the release 1.0.0 ST7796 (Black) Display on my healthy pi 5.

When I connect the SPO2 sensor and compare it with another SPO2 sensor:
The values do not match at all:
Healthy Pi shows 78% and the other device 99%

The PPG graph is empty. It should display something now, I assume?
