Hey Jonathan, we're aware of the API access in the account settings and we do have the documentation for the API. But API currently does not support cookie tracking. When a visitor submits a Hatchbuck form, Hatchbuck uses a cookie to track the user.

The API does not support this right now. So any contacts added through the API will not be tracked, unless they click on a link in an email.

That's why we haven't added API integration to the plugin yet. I hope that makes sense.

If you have any examples of how you would like API to be integrated regardless of the visitor tracking, do share and we'll see what we can do :)
