Several radio_group fields same name attribute

Pretty Blocks version: v3.0.7

Issue: Bug when several fields of the type "radio_group" are defined in a block.
It appears that the input radio generated have the same name/ID

My first option: "Affichage de la liste"

My second option: "Affichage des éléments"

Expected result: each field of the type "radio_group" must have different name.
