Plots() hangs and produces enormous qs files when saving ggplot objects #292

including "object" in the .plots parameter passed to a module generates massive .qs files for the saved ggplot objects, and should not be used until this can be fixed. large simulations are producing file sizes >100 GB in size.

likely related to #258 and PredictiveEcology/reproducible#359, so switching to .rds may be a quick stop-gap.
