Missing 'evolvesTo' field in sv sets

Problem:
Sets sv1 and sv2 are missing the 'evolvesTo' field entirely. Other sets in the sv era are often missing the field for some card.

Solution:

• Gather data on the evolution of each pokémon by name
• Make a script to populate the card entries with the missing field using the previously gathered data
