Bot should automatically return to the original channel if moved while playing music

When the bot is playing music in one voice channel and a user attempts to move it to another voice channel, the bot should automatically return to the original channel where it was previously playing music. Additionally, the bot should send a private message to the user who moved it, explaining that the bot cannot be moved because other users are currently listening to music.
