Add number of variants in the gene list #35

User suggestion: When searching for a gene name, add the number of variants included in the drop down.

E.g, searching for CHD
-CHD1 (No variants found)
-CHD1 (2 variants found)
-CHD8 (18 variants found)

We should add this if it's easy and doesn't impact performance.

Set to low priority; would be better to do this once we have caching set up for the variants.
