We are still running into this issue. SciML/SciMLTutorials.jl#46 . Can we get this library registered?

I think it would be great to have unitful plotting functionality as a registered package. I really like this package, but my impression is that this package is abandoned and there is no plan to register it. Please correct me if I am wrong! Anyway I created UnitfulRecipes which does the same job. If there are no objections @ajkeller34 I will register it.
