[Issue]: improve readability latex labels

What needs to change?

All labels of objects match the color of their object. When manipulating an applet a label will often overlap with its object, making the label very hard to read.
This can be fixed by adding a small white border (same color as background) around the font, similar to how subtitles are bordered.

Requirements

• nothing changes visually at start screen
• text remains readable with every manipulation of an applet (except panning/zooming)

The ability to add a small border is added for 3D applets. However, it is not in 2D.

• Check for all applets if a border is need in 2D

• make sure latex is also visible for safari browser as this is rendering the latex differently
