dynamically generate select option/value

Hi,

It is a great table product.
I saw select column type, there, and see some cases, but I am curious whether it supports dynamically generate select option/value.

For example, Column A is Continent, Column B is Country, and A like Africa, then B should be all countries inside Africa, something like this.

Not sure whether it support this.
