adjust the download link to always get the latest release

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the download link to automatically get the latest release, as currently I manually adjust it after each release.

maybe something like s3a://overturemaps-us-west-2/release/2024-04-16-beta.0/theme=places -> s3a://overturemaps-us-west-2/release/latest/theme=places
