Using the tag taxonomy created in #82 build a knowledge tree that will help to identify the "experts" of each area in the research group. Each person should have an expertise value assigned for each area.

When calculating the expertise level of each researcher it should be taken into account that is the relative level compared to the rest of the researchers in the lab.
