Not used anymore by nobody, support dropped since 2011

The new Toy is now Alembic, I tested, it works (well) But not fully with sqlite (no drop table support, no rename...) but it's because of sqlite.
We have to plane to use it quickly.

:(
Is there an other module that can do the job ?

Every bug (or feature not implemented) seems to be because of sqlite so there isn't any solution.
