API version 2.38 appears to introduce pretty significant API changes, including new Tracker endpoints and renaming of some key resource and properties. Therefore, if integration requirements surface for this new API version, we should consider building a new adaptor version with a different helper functions and related documentation.

@taylordowns2000 to consider for a rainy day/ new hires that want to scale up on adaptor-writing and/or DHIS2.
