Add methanol

Description of the issue

OEOX issue 7 mentions methanol. This is a concept that should be added directly to OEO.

Ideas of solution

Definition: Methanol is a hydrocarbon with the chemical formula CH3OH. It has a liquid normal state of matter. As it can be oxidised it can be used as a fuel. (Derived from the definition of methane.)
