Import features from existing software:

• OEO
• scientific-ontology-network template
• super-repo

The import has been done with the robot library.

~/bin/robot.sh extract --method STAR --input ../OEO/ontology/src/ontology/oeo.omn --term-file term-file\ OEO2OTO.txt --output OTO.owl --catalog ../OEO/ontology/src/ontology/catalog-v001.xml --copy-ontology-annotations true --annotate-with-source true

The term file will also be added to the repository.

I just added some basic files for collaboration and release.

I have also some of the same files prepared here, already adpated to OTO (Contributing, Code_of_Conduct, Readme) they need a few adaptions to specific teams.

Did you use the ones from OEO or super-repo?
Super-Repo has the newest features that will be implemented into the OEFamily step-by-step.
