Converts most commands into slash commands, requiring the bot to be reinvited with the following link: https://discord.com/api/oauth2/authorize?client_id=481314095723839508&scope=applications.commands%20bot&permissions=8

By the time that the 2.0.0 release happens, all moderation commands will be restored, permissions will be correctly calculated and the bot will be (hopefully) done.
