What happened?

[OneSignal] [DefaultDispatcher-worker-1] HttpClient: Got Response = POST - STATUS: 400 - Body: {"errors":[{"code":"user-3","title":"Creating a User requires at least one Alias or Subscription"}]}
[OneSignal] [OpRepo] OperationRepo: execute response = FAIL_PAUSE_OPREPO

Steps to reproduce?

just  OneSignalSDK.DotNet.OneSignal.Login("externalid")

What did you expect to happen?

"user-3","title":"Creating a User requires at least one Alias or Subscription" fired

2. As well as more information about reproduction steps: what was the flow before calling login?
