Seek to x minutes is not working on Kodi Matrix #346

I just realized that the kodiSeektominutes is not working on Kodi Matrix. I coudn't find this issue mentioned here so I thought I bring it up.

I checked the docker logs and can see that the command was sent to Kodi, but nothing happened in the video player. I'm attaching the kodi debug log and some lines from the docker logs.

Anything on this issue? Is this a change in Kodi Matrix itself?
