Run pane broken when link to beta office-js in PowerPoint snippets

Bug Report

• Host: POWERPOINT
• OS: Win32, but might apply to others
• Browser: Edge
• Environment: ???

Expected behavior:

On the libraries tab you can point to the beta office.js and the Run pane still renders.

Actual behavior:

If you change to the beta office.js in the Libraries tab; that is:
https://appsforoffice.microsoft.com/lib/beta/hosted/office.js
then click Run to open the Run pane, the Run pane won't render. You just get the waiting-to-finish screen perpetually. Moreover, the Run pane does the same thing on all other snippets.

Even closing and reopening Script Lab doesn't fix it. I have to close PowerPoint and reopen it.
