RGI2000-v7.0-C-06-00209 lacking dh/dt data

Vatnajokull (RGI2000-v7.0-C-06-00209) is missing most of the Hugonnet et al. dh/dt data when downloaded from the OGGM servers.

OK I can see that I generated the directories before this was fixed - will have to update them.

I won't be able to generate new directories before going on leave.

If someone is impacted by this, you can use latest OGGM master and run the data generation task yourself:
