Ideas page needs project contact info

Now that OBF has been accepted as a mentoring org for GSoC 2016 (yay!), students are beginning to ask what to do next. In past years I think we've told them to contact the mentoring orgs directly, and use gsoc@@mailman.open-bio.org for general questions.

Contact info for each project, to add under each project-level heading on the Ideas page:

• BioPerl (& Biopython, BioRuby, BioJava) -- OBF project mailing lists
• Bionode -- ?
• CommonWL -- ?
• Nextflow -- Paolo?
• antiSMASH -- Kai?
• ETE -- Jaime?
