Recurrent complex cannot generate items in Bibilocraft Containers

If you use Recurrent Complex's tag system to populate bibiliocraft containers(even ones closest to Vanilla like Chests), it will not succeed in doing so, and will give you raw tag items on the other end. I've heard this may be an issue with Bibiliocraft, as some containers from other mods(such as Iron Chests) seem to work properly with Recurrent Complex
