Stretch/fast follow: Add a directory of Clanker tokens to /Explore

As a user, I want to see a directory of all Clanker tokens on nounspace with links to their Token space, and with options to rank by Top (Tom's Token Score), New (Latest deployed), Hot (1H Volume), or Portfolio (clanker tokens the user has in their verified farcaster address(es))

Card for each token displays the following:

• Token name
• Token symbol
• Image
• Deployer's username, pfp, and # of followers (username links to the user's space)
• How long ago the token was deployed
• Score (out of 100)

AC:

1. A new tab is added to /Explore, /tokens (let's make this the primary tab for now)
2. The /tokens tab has options to sort Tokens by Top, Hot, New, and Portfolio
3. Each token card displays the following info: token name, symbol, image, deployer's username + pfp + # of followers, how long ago the token was deployed, and Score
4. The /tokens tab includes pagination with 100 tokens displayed per page
5. If a user clicks a token, they are routed to the token's space
