Cannot install dependencies

When I search for the dependencies it says is depracated
https://foundryvtt.com/packages/lib-df-hotkeys

I cannot install it since there is no link to the manifest. Please help

DF Hotkeys has been retired by the author in favour of just using the v9+ built-in keybind support. Is it strictly necessary?

It is not strictly necessary. I'll be releasing a new version of Custom Hotbar tomorrow that will clean up some release issues and remove this dependency

Any chance of this popping today? I tried just deleting the requires: from the manifest, but foundry's still complaining even after a server restart. Side note, I think that's supposed to be inside a relationships: {} but it's not, at least in 2.3.0 which is what I get installed apparently.
