[Improvement] mix-max and protein level FDR

This is a note to self to remove mix-max and one protein-level FDR control method. Mix-max should be removed as it controls the FDR at the PSM-level, which is invalid. We also plan to remove the "sum" version of the protein-level FD control method due to poor performance.
