This wouldn't be a major version except that some clients may have expected the bug to be in place. For example, if a client supplied invalid paths to the archaius client, the swallowing of exceptions might have been the preferred behavior (even if technically wrong). Otherwise this version is completely backwards compatible with v1.0.0.
