报错 ERROR:<MessageSend onebot> TypeError: Invalid URL: NetLink.sh

从tg转发来QQ的文件可以转发，不过QQ里显示收到的文件名统一是file，不知能不能改成实际的文件名
QQ无法把文件转发到tg ，也是报错上述内容
