Unable to download videos or play on external program

Describe the bug

I am unable to download a video file, or to "open in external program"

After several seconds,nothing happens. On closing nheko, a smaller file(than the original file to download) is generated in download folder(if i have chosen download the video file) or mpv opens with error.

The file does not get downloaded, i dont know why. I remember

To Reproduce

1. Search for a video file shared in a room
2. Click on the "Download" arrow, or right click and select "open in an external program"
3. After several seconds, nothing happens.
4. Upon closing nheko, a few kbs video is downloaded or mpv(default player?) says there was an error into playing the file.
