Broken CI due to lack of space

Description
We're currently facing issues on CI due to "no space left" when building Nethermind

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a PR with some changes (any)
2. Wait for the required merge workflows to run
3. See how they fail (ex: https://github.com/NethermindEth/nethermind/actions/runs/11858069614/job/33049615347?pr=7761)

Actual behavior
We get something similar to
