check the privacy

Some of the nerasoftians has complained about the volume of the portal, also some of them mentioned that they'd like to close the portal and keep it close, it reminds me about the fist idea of privacy.
This is related to the issue #12 because the effect appears and disappears suddenly, and this is bothering them. I think that If this issue is fixed then we can ask if they are comfortable with this solution or if they really want to have the control in every side of the portal.

They also asked for instructions about how to use it, so, maybe we can send an email or something with the instruction (press button R to turn it off or on)

perhaps a nice little note with the instructions, sticked to the bottom door of the portal and the gun/keyboard ready and nearby.?

Probably the email could be more formal than just a sticker, in order to fix this I think that both sides of the portal should agree in streaming the video, I mean if one has a "flag" in false for example, the streaming should be stopped for both sides.
