I don't know how to reproduce this bug yet. However, it appears when the call has been active for a long time, there is a different ICE Candidate state in the console when this occurs.
For now, the solution is to refresh both sides of the portal.

@cesardariogarcia suggested that we should explore some of the chrome flags by going to chrome://flags/ in the browser running on the mac. It seems that there is something like "delete cache". we will see this after work because we want to leave the call while the day.
