Inconsistency of the minimum delay value in docs

It looks like the online official documentation says the minimum delay value for the dmon subsystem is 100 ms, but the output of dcgmi dmon -h says the minimum is 1 ms.

In addition, this test case seems to consider 100 ms to be the minimum, but the parsing code seems to only consider negative values invalid. Should the minimum be 1 or 100 ms?
