Do not write empty result columns in reporting measure #1337

There are empty columns written in the upgrade results.csv file. How can we avoid this?

From the SDR YAML file results_up16.csv. Where are these coming from?

From @whiphi92: The extra columns will likely get populated during a full-scale run. They are not being populated for small samples.

Still have a question about why they are not in the run_analysis workflow. Tony to confirm.
