Hybrid LCOE calculation

Why this feature is necessary:
Because we often have to calculate hybrid LCOEs when we calculate hybrid generation profiles.

A possible solution is:
Take the weighted average LCOE of each technology using the contributing generation from each.

I have considered the following alternatives:
Use either a post-processing script or the NRWAL module and add the values in after generation.
